Strategic Communications Consulting

Get clear on what to say
and how to say it.

Creating strategies & systems to propel you and your business to the next level.

Are you starting a new business?
Is it time for a brand refresh, or even a name change?
Have you launched a new product or service?
Maybe you’re looking to get ahead of a potentially sticky situation…

Don’t do it by yourself. Let’s work together!

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a communications strategist who helps brands find the right words, tone, and tactics to show up with clarity and confidence.

Not every organization needs — or can justify — a full-time communications team. But that doesn’t mean your message isn’t important (or on a deadline). Whether you're growing fast, launching something new, or just trying to stay on top of it all, clear, strategic communication is the thing that makes everything else work better.

That’s where I come in.

As a consultant, I bring the experience of an in-house communications lead without the overhead. I work alongside you and your team to ask the right questions, help shape your messaging, focus your strategy, and make sure your communications plan truly supports your goals.

I help with:

  • Launching a new business or brand (with a clear voice and a solid plan)

  • Creating or refining communications strategies for established businesses

  • Navigating sticky or sensitive PR situations with care and clarity

  • Leading brand refreshes and full rebrands, from concept to completion

  • Guiding businesses through a full name change process — from assessing whether a change makes sense, to exploring what the new name should be and planning a thoughtful rollout

  • Communicating pivots, new services, or product launches in a way that makes sense, and gets attention

  • Managing internal and external comms around big business changes (especially when multiple stakeholders are involved)

Ready to get started?

Whether you want someone to build it all for you, need strategic guidance to DIY, or want to learn the foundations — I’ve got you covered.
